Abstract

This paper is an analysis on the visual elements in the daily life of the individuals in the social context in which they develop and in the particular spaces with which they have to interact. Man has always needed to express himself through the image and that is how he has been communicated since ancient times, but also in certain spaces it has been necessary to have elements that serve as guides to locate and move faster and easier. These visual elements are classified within the signalling or signage, here begins our differentiation between both concepts and their importance in society.
